Replaces the neutral dark card-based dashboard with "Page 100" — a
broadcast information service in the teletext tradition. Full detail
in 4b19cbd (the redesign) and bc7779e (the finish-review fix round).
Shipped with the user's explicit sign-off after two finish-review
rounds; known accepted gaps (fold proportion, two minor regressions,
one deferred discipline, a stale DESIGN.md section) are logged in
project memory rather than left undocumented.
