Subject: [PATCH] Keep Requests/Indexers cards always equal height

Revert to the default grid stretch for this row so Ombi and Prowlarr
always match height exactly, and center the indexer grid vertically
within the taller Prowlarr card so any leftover space splits evenly
top/bottom instead of collecting as dead space at the bottom.
